Jewish tour in Aach
Aach
Welcome to the tour "On Jewish tracks in Aach". The work group "Jewish Aach" has gathered material, researched in archives, interviewed contemporary witnesses, discovered historical pictures and letters with survivors. The following guided tour will show some of the results. It mainly moves along the busy thoroughfare.
Starting point: Former synagogue
Guided hikes are possible.
Explore the stories behind the individual houses along the way and discover the shared past of Jews and Christians in Aach due to contemporary witness reports.
Probably in the 15th or 16th century, Jews were settled down in Aach.
With 15 stations / houses, the Jewish-Christian history is brought back to life by contemporary witness reports.
