Wide landscapes, beautiful views and a lovely walk along the Moselle river, makes this hike the perfect fit for your next family adventure.

Beginning at the lowest point within the country (Spatz), then walking past the Sauer river, and lastly overcoming a rather steep section of this hike to reach a beautiful viewpoint.

Walking even further uphill, you arrive at the motorway, to then cross the Sernig creek, arriving in Mertert. You continue this hike by walking past the Almauer, a residential area.

From Mertert one walks along the promenade of the Moselle river back to the start.
